Micki started her workers’ compensation career with OHARA as a Telephonic Case Manager in 2000. Micki advanced her knowledge and position by dwelling in every aspect of OHARA to include Field Case Management, Telephonic Case Management, Team Lead, Director of Case Management, Business Development, and now serves as OHARA’s President and CEO. Her extensive background brings a unique perspective to all aspects of claim and business management. Micki specializes in strategic program development and implementation. Lisa has been with OHARA since 2012 and currently supervises our dynamic case management team in both Nebraska and Iowa. As a former Orthopedic and Neuro-Acute nurse, she has worked closely with multiple physicians and understands the importance of effective communication. Lisa is an amazing resource for her team when strategizing solutions for complex claims. Sarah has been with OHARA since 2013 and supervises our passionate South Dakota case management team and the Minnesota QRC team. Jodi has been the face of OHARA since 2007 managing our customer relationships and business development. As a former workers' compensation claims adjuster, Jodi has been in the workers' compensation arena since 2001. She has a vast knowledge of multiple state jurisdictions, is well-versed in claims administration and the day to day struggles of insurance carriers, TPAs, and employers. Jodi is extremely knowledgeable in the Nebraska Certified Managed Care Plan and effortlessly delivers resources such as this to collaboratively develop solutions for our customers. Lynette has been with OHARA since 1999 and has served in a variety of roles during her tenure. Lynette currently serves as our Resource Operations Lead. Lynette is responsible for quality control and ensuring that regulatory, customer and corporate requirements, and service level agreements are met. Lynette works to develop, implement, and maintain operational and URAC policies and procedures. Jim started his career with OHARA in 2004 and has provided Rehabilitation Consultant services since 1980.
